Carbonate & General Hardness Test

I have just got my Hagen carbonate & general hardness test kit.

What does it all mean.

GH 80mg/L CaCo2

KH 150 mg/L

My PH is 8.2

What does my Angle have

My gold angle has some little black spots between his mouth and eye. I was thinking that it was maybe HITH, but I am not sure. The spots are about the size of a pin head or smaller.
