A betta is a small fish, they don't need a lot of food. A good rule of thumb is feed them what fits in their eyeball. If the fish is in low flowing water like a bowl, 2 or 3 insects should be fine....

The picture says it is an anubias nana pettite, meaning it is a smaller variation of anubias nana. I have anubias nana and the leaves get about 2" long. The pettite leaves stay smaller.
