Why don't you increase the amount of r/o water in the ratio? the KH is a little low so it won't be difficult to lower the PH, though you could kill some things if it happens quickly

IMO, the goal of having a non CO2 tank is reserved for the lowest light levels, like the one you have now. Less than 1 WPG of T5 lights like that actually add up to enough lumens for a good non CO2...
