I bought some of those bulkhead fittings from Tower Hobbies, found them almost useless - fragile, very leaky. Pulling the tubing through a slightly smaller hole is a better solution. It works best...

I tried the Koralia-2 on the back of the 90gal, near the top and angled downward; as well as at the side with the flow going across the tank. It really just laid the plants down, way too much flow....
