Years ago I had this plant. I thought it was a type of Val, but if it is I don't know which. Here is a video of it in my tank. Its the grassy plant on the left. The leaves got about 20 to 24 inches...

Thanks for the replies. Good info. I'm looking at the Current Satellite Plus and according to their site at 18 inches the par is only 28. So wouldn't that be too low of par, especially with the glass...

It's hard to tell from the pic, but they look like detritus worms. They are harmless. Keep doing water changes, gravel vacs, and don't overfeed. They will eventually go away.
