I just got a mr Aqua 7.5 bowfront and a 18" fugeray light. I'm also going to run co2 with it though. I haven't got the tank filled yet but it's pretty bright.

I would just do a single school of fish maybe 8 and the shrimp. The pleco would not be a good idea in a tank that small.

The planted + works out pretty well on my 36 bowfront which is 21 inches tall. But if I don't keep up on maintenance it grows way more algae than my old dual t5 no ever did.
