Most people that I know of keep their tigers in similar params as Neocardina. They just need the water to be more stable because they cannot adapt as well as neocardina can to watch fluctuations...

Excuse me if I am wrong but I was under the impression that kH and pH are linked together so usually a high kH means a high pH level. I have never heard of low pH high kH water before.

Going to be setting up another shrimp tank and I wanted to try using a minerlized topsoil. Anybody here have any experince or knowledge if it is shrimp safe?
