in my opinion your light will be missing too much of the warm end of the spectrum. the cool whites are missing a lot of the yellow to red end of the spectrum and it can give an odd look to a tank...

don't know anything about manufactured led units but my rule of thumb for lighting with decent led emitters is 1 watt per gallon. I will be changing the lights over my sump and frag tank this...
