How about a big school of Columbian Tetras (Hyphessobrycon columbianus). I have seen people successfully keep them with Angelfish. I like the little teeth they have. Reminds me of a piranha.

I don't have the address handy, but I did take take advantage of the warranty one time. I followed the steps mentioned on the package and they sent me back about a dozen or so replacement bulbs.
