Tried treatment for 3rd time, but did the full dose as the 2tbsp per 10 gallons wasn't taking care of business. Seems like it took effect this time as things are starting to turn Red

Sump or canisters?

As long as the overflow system you are using utilizes a full siphon it will be as quiet as your return pump can be. The thing that is most noisy in my setup is my co2 reactor.
