If theres a chance for frequent re-scaping/etc, then you might want to consider ditching the powersand, it pulls up quite easily and it's effects...

Very nice set-up indeed. I 2nd the rock suggestions said above and also suggest adding some broader leaved plants to your scape. Or possibly some thing grassy, suchas Blyxa.

130 watts isn't too much lighting for a 75 gallon, IMO, you can get away without injecting C02 but you might run into growth problems and possibly algae outbreaks.
