Yes, that's the same Crypt. Bukit Ibam is where it's found. pH is a little below neutral. It's thought to be a natural hybrid between cordata var. cordata and nurii.

Yes, do not use teflon tape on the threads to connect the regulator CGA to the CO2 cylinder. It will only serve to make it harder to get a good connection.

Use a nylon washer made for CGA320...

Ha, I can't afford 2 more @ retail prices. :D I'm not sure the exact retail on the solenoid, but I'm fairly certain all together one setup is about $1500.00 retail.

I don't recommend it for the reasons Jeffkrol mentioned. The bacteria in your filter like O2. Adding CO2 directly into the filter upsets the bacterial balance.

When the valves are not energized The flow goes through the in port and continues to a normally open port....

Brand new tanks are all well and good if you can find a place to fill them. Most people can't and have to use the exchange system so yeah, I would drive 30+ miles for a deal and I have. :D
