Agreed hold off on ferts until you know water parameters. There is lots of help to be found here... do a search for dosing. gregwatson.com is a good source for fert supplies, check it out.

You could do that, but then youd have a phosphate deficiency. Phosphate is not a cause of algae, its an imbalance that can lead to algae. You need to have your nutrients in balance to get rid of...

Way to much Co2 in the tank. What is your Kh? It would be even worse with RO as you would have no buffering capacity of the water. I would suggest you stop injecting CO2 until you figure this out.
