You can do what gooberfish said by shading the anubias (this doesn't help with the other plants), you can put a plastic mesh screen between your light...

But, having said that, it's an extra thing that you have to worry about leaking and some people feel that it adds bulk...

I think the other thing that is more suspect is your 4dKH solution. If it's less than 4, it can prematurely give you yellow and if it's more than 4, you might never get the green you're looking for....
