200L - 'in the begining'

In the begining;
I wanted to set up a medium tech Planted Tank.
I wanted to start with a closed loop set up and drilled the tank as per the attached photos.
I will post updates as I go along.

Bulkheads Ok....

So, I set it up and found the leak I mentioned. Tightened the bulkheads and ran a bead of silicon around the inside bulkheads to be sure...for now.

Filled it up and here's the result...

The Co2 Reactor and heater will be inline in the cabinet. I get 100% (well from what i can tell) disolving of CO2, so bubbles shouldn't be an issue.

I'm setting up a 200l planted, co2 etc...
my question is, is putting bulkheads in the base of the tank a good idea?
the drilling will be professionally done, so that's not the issue..
