Coffeefolia flower.

While unhooking my Co2 tank to get it refilled today I noticed that my coffeeolia has an unopened flower stalk. The crazy thing is that I have had this plant for 10+ years and it has never flowered...

I have been thi k about adding an oddball/uncommon fish to my 29g, but I don't know what would work? My first thought is an upside down catfish, maybe?

The drop checker will not give you an instant reading because it will take a few hours to "read" your Co2 concentration and for the color to develope.
