You could probably use the same supplements reef keepers use. The real issue is the low PH. Raising the PH will slow/stop the erosion and carbonates will help repair the damage.

You don't need any CO2. DIY CO2 is notoriously unstable. Ferts could be useful but the same benefit can be achieved from adding more fish(10 endlers would make a fantastic addition); micro nutes...

I love my nerites, and the eggs make fine fish food. I only blame the snails for eating my plants because they are eating my plants :P. I went and got new bulbs so maybe this should encourage algae...
