1 Ray 2 DS might not be enough. You might need 2 to cover the depth of the tank but it should give you 50+ PAR.

You need to separate the tropica. The tropica will have a nice growth if you grow it as one or 2 plants together. The wendtii can be made bushy but I think 3-4 plants together is a good amount.

In the case of a 50 or 55 which is 20" tall....

Be prepared to remove them on a weekly basis since they will grow really fast.
