You will need to have 2 fabco & 2 bubble counters, 1 each to control each tank.
A few post above #`s 666 & 667 are pictures of one example that illustrate how it can be done.

The way it works , is the citric acid is not drawn into the bottle with the base until the pressure drops in the base bottle, via negative pressure a bit of acid is drawn into the base bottle....

A light score with a sharp blade & the aid of a small wire brush and all is Purdy.
