I've kept the same layout, but I've introduced some white clouds. They've successfully bred twice so far.

Looks great! I think it might look even better without the two stems in the left foreground (Hygrophila difformis?). That would smooth out the triangle layout.

Keep the lighting down... I'd even say 8 hours until the algae is gone.
Try and maintain good levels of CO2 within the tank.
Increase water circulation in tank...

Are you dosing macros (NPK) ?
