Here is a F1 TB hybrid. Has markings of a ruby red but it doesn't have full red coverage. If it is a female i will mate her with a TB and see what happens.

What you got there is is called a water louse Asellus aquaticus. If you see one, then there are others. They like warm water. They will attack your shrimp. On the other hand they are great fish food....
