Advice needed

I'm contemplating getting rid of my c02, ferts, and 108w T5 fixture.

I have a normal size 75gallon, the only plants i have are lots of Java fern.

Question is what type of lighting set up...

The 1/4" was just an estimate of the difference in water level form the front to back when i first filled up the tank. i didn't measure just guessing, but yea i'm gonna have to either move it or use...
