Have a Hydro 300w over 10yrs no issue with. I used it on a 55g tank with a eheim canister filter , Then I had it on my 110g tank.
I would get a 300w instead of the 200w

I've use as first layer x2 boxes ,than mix some into my coarse sand #1 and #3 size with 3.5 inch in a 55g tank the plants grew great!
