Easy paludarium plants

Im wanting to do some emergent plants out the top of my ~65g, they will be getting direct sunlight and thats it. What can I find locally (home depot, garden stores, etc..) that will be easy to care...

I did some research and it seemed fine for aquarium use. I added it earlier with a thick cap of black diamond blasting sand, no issues with floating stuff...yet. Can't speak for once I start planting.
