DIY Led lighting for a 20 Long tank.

What lighting level would 3 rows of 5630 LED strip lights give a 20L tank? The tank 30" in length and 12" in depth and height. The light is suspended 14" from the substrate and is also 30" in length....

Yes the stone was orginally wrapped in Ricca Fluitins but that isnt what this plant is... I am leaning twards this in the picture being Riccardia chamedryfolia or coral moss Or perhaps Mini pellia.

It still has added risk over a regular set up but...
