All this PUR and PAR makes for interesting reading, but when comes to actual use by planted tank enthusiast that I've talked to LED lights just do not work that well. And yes I speak from experience....

Yes they are pin holes. I have tried adding Flourish Potassium with my regular doseing. As you can see it didn't make any difference. Here is a better pic of them.
