you're probably fine with the cabomba - i have it in over 4.5w/gallon and it does well, grows fast, but the longer stems have greater distances near the bottom of the fans...the tops are spaced...

I think that's the same as a paintball cylinder, if that's the case, there isn't a nob to turn the tank on right? it has a push button valve. you need a different regulator for it... $80 isn't too...

you can buy high flow/low energy fans from any comp store, I've bought some 5,000 rpm 7.5volt ones in the past.... you can get 9 volt too....and just run off of a 9volt battery...
