I think that you enough light for the species you are growing. Just grow lower light specie in the shadows (Anubias,crypts, and moss).

Sounds good to me as far as stocking goes. Drop the white clouds and gourami and add in some tetras for a South American biotope aquarium. I know that isn't what you asked but I'm a fan of the S.A....
