So i put the molly back in the tank and the it swims around OK and next thing I know, one my ghost shrimp jumps on it and starts chewing on her tail! Whats going on??

Yes I didn't know anything when I set the tank...

Yes I didn't know anything when I set the tank up. But I did have Petco test my tank water several times.

I put her in a little pitcher of water and she's swimming right side up again! And eating food!

I am planning on setting up a 20g and I have dual T5 HO 24 watt lights. Would that be too much light if I don't plan on using CO2? Would I get an algae overload?
