Flow is back to normal. If any difference was made by this height difference it is not much. I do notice a slight difference in flow but nothing dramatic.

Thanks for the reply. Nothing new has been introduced to the tank. The only change was I moved my tank to a new tank stand so there was some disturbance of the substrate and a 50% water change
