I usually run mine at 15psi. I say 15 to 20 psi is a good range for co2 reactor.

The regulator was fully tested before it was sent. Check the co2 tank. You are fully covered by my warranty should there be any problem with the reg.

Check the connection between the CGA nipple and the CO2 tank. Make sure they are secured tightly and also double check if there is any nylon washer.

Try fleabay for the dc connector. The ss parts look good. Make sure you clear out those holes on the regulator's body.

You can increase the output pressure from the regulator along with a solenoid that can accommodate this pressure, say 60 to 100PSI. I don't see a reason why it cannot work.
