Alright, thanks for the answers. I might have to give that a shot then. With the powerhead moving water and the two filters, I'll be moving 1000gph in a 75 gallon so it sounds like I should be...

I'll be running an AC110 and an AC50 on the other side. I've seen a mod that others did but was thinking what you had said - that the CO2 would potentially gas off when getting back in the tank. My...

Best CO2 diffusion method for HOB filters

I'm looking to get into CO2, however I do not have the ability to run external filters with the stand that I have. As many of the more effective methods I've seen for diffusion rely on some type of...

Women DO love babies. My only problem now is that I have a 36 gallon with a good amount of 'regular' fish and now, a second batch of Plec fry are hatching. There's probably 80 babies in there along...

Hahahahhahaha that's hilarious. What's funny is that I wasn't even really interested in keeping fish at first - it was all her idea. I told her the only way on Earth we'd do it is if she maintained...

Ya, I hear you, but it's right in our living room. So far aesthetics purposes, I really wouldn't want one sitting outside the tank. Maybe I'll upgrade stands down the road but that option isn't...

Thank you all for the feedback. I elected to go for the 425gph pump. I'm turning over 650gph with the HOB (box rating anyways) so I'll be a touch over 1000 with this in terms of at least moving...

I'm picking up an AquaticLife 4x54W T5HO system with 4 LEDs for my new 75 gallon. I will not be using CO2 at first -- previously everywhere I ever read was saying "OMG 3W/Gallon or die!" and now...
