I get what you mean, but even fully dimmed this runs at about 50%. Honestly this was a pretty big complaint about this driver, it also dims VERY non linear. A simple test though would be just pick up...

Wow, I can't believe you would recommend that fixture Hoppy! Everything I've read about them says they are total crap. Those LED's are so ineffecient! Not to mention the life of the diodes themselves...
