So at this point, I use root tabs plus Seachem's Aquavitro line. It works fine for my low tech tank, but for my high tech tank, my goodness it eats up fertilizers. Especially since it's 90% stems....

My QT/hospital tank has water in it, but its shut off lol. But I always have my HOB on my 40 long stuffed with extra filter padding for the HOB I use. I just wonder if a bigger tank would be better.
