Exactly, normally just take your tank in for exchange every time.

You should definitely consider sourcing from the forum for the quality you will get, I got mine from bettatail , I got a chrome concoa regulator and fitting for less than $200 I was really happy.

Found it! Lol, it is GLA green leaf aquariums, http://greenleafaquariums.com/co2-regulators.html.
Specifically check out the bottom atomic co2 regulator v3 it fits a standard CGA-320 fitting...

I saw ADA has a few different regulators for sale that should fit whatever, and you can get a good c02 tank off of e-bay, also, bettatail is who sold me a very very nice set up.
