I just noticed a worm moving around in my substrate. My tank is a heavily planted shrimp only tank.

I am not sure, but I thought ich is a fish disease. Meaning it could be seen as white dots on fish, but not decorations or equipment. Could it be snail eggs?? Or even air bubbles?
