i've bred bettas. i usually fill a 10gallon about 1/3 the way and put in plants and a leaf that floats. put the male in and let him get used to the surroundings. then i put the female in a glass...

i have 3 yo-yo's in a 40breeder. mine eat all the mts they can find. they dig through the sand and pick the ones towards the top. i have tons of dead mts shells everywhere. i've seen them eating...
