what about a scale .thats how they fill propane and co2 bottles .is we new the tear weight or empty weight and the full weight we could use a scale to closely estimate time of refill.

i got bulbs from phillips they are 5600 kelvin.they were 9 bucks Canadian brand new .i finally went out and bought hagen glo 18000k bulbs at 20 bucks a pop,do you think the old bulbs were causing...
