That listing doesn't refer to the actual par as it will differ across the tank. Get in touch with Nick at BML. Tell him your tank dimensions and he should be able to give you pretty accurate info.

My sagittaria subulata regularly grows 8" tall if given the time. It gets dense eventually, though, and needs to be thinned out. Probably the same story for any grass-like plant.

I agree that the plant grow bulbs really add something to white light. And that pearling is just flat out pretty. If you can avoid algae issues that's a real treat.
