LED selection will depend a lot on the depth of your tank. Some are more suitable for shallow tanks. Plenty of other factors as well but in my experience, par vs depth is a great starting point.

I had no idea you would customize a fixture to a tanks dimensions like that. That is excellent.

Because you have so many options with your lights, I'm sure PAR readings vary quite a bit....
