that's a lot of light. I've used a quad t5ho on a 55g before. co2, and dirt capped with eco complete. plant growth was freaking insane. make sure you dose ferts as well, or you'll have an algae farm.

My tank is high light, co2, ferts, blah blah blah.

The dosing calculators I use end up either requiring more solid ferts...
