I have a 2213 on my 10 and it works like a charm. A little high flow but you can adjust it (I prefer the jet flow stream, not the spray bar).

Put some window screening under it - it reduces the output by about 30%. Or you can find a way to raise it up a bit and find a height that stops algae growth but promotes plant growth.

You can get a fugeray for $60 that'll fit perfectly. That should give you some decent light - if you want high light go with a RayII ($80?) or AquaticLife T5 ($90). Or you can get a couple clip lamps...
