How unfortunate maybe your TDS meter disturbed your substrate causing an ammonia spike? Hope everything is fine now and no more deaths *knock on wood*

I'm growing the same low light plants you are moss, java ferns, marimo balls and dwarf sags I had floaters, but removed them.

Just keep dosing ammonia until both ammonia and nitrite hit 0 within 24 hours. When your bacteria are able to convert ammonia and nitrite to nitrate within 24 hours then you can do a big water...
