I didn't know bettas were jumpers. Ill keep an eye on him, so far he has been hanging out in the mid-bottom of the tank. I havent had a betta since I was 8.

Or you could get some fishing line and just tie them to a rock. Stem plants roots usually grow really fast though.

I maybe wrong but I think 14k will work for your tank... It will just be more blueish color. If you do trade it though 10k bulbs would work better then 6.5k or 8k.
