If youre looking for a concentrated npk liquid you could check out the aqua vitro line from seachem. Its way more concentrated than the flourish line (they reccomend a 7ml capful per 250 gallons)...

On a 55 GAllon with a single finnex as the only light source I would go with either the Ray II for medium to higher light set up, or a fugeray planted plus for medium to low light.
