+1 on the Marsilea. That's a very good suggestion and it has fared well for me in the past with no CO2 and little light also. I especially like the deep green of it.

If it's a 5' wide 125 gallon (Roughly 60" x 24" x 18") it'll have 1 center brace.
Otherwise if its a standard 6 footer (Roughly 72" x 22" x 18") it should have 2 braces.

Sadly all the Amano projects failed, with all shrimp dying. I thought it was a little wierd that even in the 10 gallon tank full of algae I had no survivors. I wonder if salinity played a part.......
