I've heard about putting a bit of methylene blue in the water when hatching the eggs.. Also those that are fungused, u need to remove them ASAP

Thanks for the link Eric! I'll keep my eye on the ones I have. I planted some in the 60P and the rest in my 40G - the ones in the 40G are faring better so we'll see how it goes. Thanks again! :)

Thanks for this - makes sense to me. I'v had the barrel ones as well as the clippard brass ones fail on me so I thought something high-end would be the solution but maybe I need to re-evaluate that....

Yeah I hope so - i've had them before and did not see this happen so its new to me. Some of them had roots already but even those melted - even new growth had yellowing on them....
