I think it will be fine. One rule with water chemestry, the more you mess with it to try and fix it the more it gets messed up. Just let it do its thing.

I would personally give it a few weeks more for the tank to settle in more, Its just not worth the risk until the tank is fully cycled even if you pre cycled the filter.
