Honestly, the best quality RCS I've ever seen (and bought) were oddly from Petco... They range in quality from high grade Sakura to Painted Fire Red... Best part was that they were all $3.99 a piece!...

I checked out the Betta section in my LFS yesterday and they had different types of bettas... Double tails, some beautiful plakats... And those were just the remaining few from the last shipment!...
