Anyone use a Jehmco, HiBlow, Pondmaster etc. Air Pump?

So the fish room is almost done and I am looking at plumbing in a line that will do 20 or so tanks (40 gallon breeders).
I have heard mixed reviews about linear piston v.s. diaphram and am not sure...

turned off heaters, took them out, cleaned them with hot water and a scrub brush and put them back.

turned off filter, remover intake and outlet, soaked in bleach...

I have looked around and find mixed opinions on flourite. Everyone agrees it is good but there is debate over if there are lots of nutrients actually in flourite or if it is just better at holding...

It comes with 2 12000K and 4 10000K.

I have read that air stones do not put alot of O2 into a tank because the bubbles do not diffuse and once they hit the surface it escapes (similar to Co2 I assume)....
